FULL COMMISSIONS T.O.S

  • PAYMENT: Payment must be made in full and upfront before any work on the commission can be started. Any requests for the commission’s content that may incur an extra fee must be discussed between both parties before the price is finalized.

  • PROCESS: I’ll notify you when I start work on your commission and show you the initial sketch to make sure that it’s what you had in mind. You can also request progress checks at any point, where I can show you the current stage of the commission. You're free to give me your thoughts during the process to steer the piece more towards what you want, granted that it doesn't involve adding or changing complex elements that would cost more!

  • COMPLETION: From making the payment to the finalization of the commission, the whole process may take up to 2 weeks. However, it may also end up being longer. In this case, I'll inform you beforehand and ensure that I will prioritize your order. Please note that you are buying a digital art commission, so you will receive the finished image file and no physical goods will be shipped.

  • TERMINATION: You have the right to cancel your commission order at any point, after which, a refund will be given. However, if work on the commission has already progressed beyond the sketch stage at the time of cancellation, only a 50% refund will be processed.

  • USAGE: Personal commissions can be used for non-commercial printing or sharing on social media (with proper credit). It does NOT include distributing for profit or taking credit for it when posting online. Commercial rights like this can be discussed and arranged with an added fee. I, as the artist, also reserve the rights to post it on my social media (with a watermark and clarification that it is a commissioned piece).

  • If you are unsure about anything regarding your commission and the terms above, please do not hesitate to ask before fulfilling your order!
